Ethical Shopping on a Budget :]

A lot of brands/shops which do have ethical policys are more expensive than the ones that  aren't. Here is a list of some brands and shops which are cheaper but still ethical. :]
  • Superdrug own brand
  • Morrisons  own brand
  • Barry M
  • E.L.F
  • H and M
Charity shops/thrift stores are a good place to shop because even if the product originally came from an unethical company you aren't giving them your money nor are you supporting them in any way.

I know this list isn't very big yet but I am trying my best to find out who does what and it is not straight forward. I hope I can make an updated list when/ if I find more.

Buying Ethical Made/Sourced Products

I think that if people knew what was going on behind the scenes they wouldn't want to buy the thing they are buying and I think people need to know what really is going on.

Its not really that there isn't enough information on what's going on, its that its hard to find a simple list of shops/brands that do and don't use child labour/ animal testing /sweat shops etc. and outline things clearly.

I want to to try and make a list of shops and brands that sell clothes, make up, cleaning product, food and so on that are ethically produced so that all the information is in one place. If I get any of it wrong please do correct me, I want to know.
